Through superior service and the provision of sustainable energy Eneco aims to actively involve customers, shareholders and employees. The new consumer website needs to support these ambitions.
Bridging corporate vision and customer relations
The site represents Eneco’s vision for the energy market and the position that social media and online services play in it.
After usability testing of the concept, we refine the design and hand it over to Eneco for content development and implementation.
Consumer website as starting point for Eneco’s other sites On 17 January 2010, the entirely new consumer website goes online. It can grow along with Eneco in terms of sustainability, conversion, participation and online service provision.
