International Card Services (ICS) is the credit card specialist and the market leader when it comes to issuing credit cards in the Netherlands. For more than 20 years ICS has provided services for the issue, promotion, administration and transaction processing for Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
The previous website icscards.nl only offered customers limited options for self-service. One of the most important principles of the new website was therefore to give customers of ICS as much control as possible. Tasks such as requesting a new PIN, increasing credit limits and paying bills can all be done online. This gives customers more control and moreover, relieves the burden on ICS customer services.
Edenspiekermann has managed the complete design of both the public website and the customer environment “Mijn ICS”. The customer environment offers credit cardholders real-time information on the status of their credit card, including transaction history. We have also created all front-end templates.
ICS also provides a wide range of co-branded credit card programmes which allow cardholders to take advantage of special offers and discounts. These include partnership programmes with the ANWB, de Bijenkorf, Heineken and BMW. Edenspiekermann has developed special versions of the online customer environments for the co-branded cards from ANWB, de Bijenkorf and ABN Amro, each of which is in keeping with its brand's house style.
