I have high expectations of Juridoc 2.0 and hope that it will grow to become a valuable source of knowledge that SVB can be proud of! Ruurd Koopmans, Ruurd Koopmans, Director of Legal Affairs at SVB
What is the best way of ensuring that every employee in a knowledge-intensive organisation can find relevant knowledge and information quickly? How can you ensure that they stay up-to-date on colleagues’ experiences and are able to put questions to experts within the organisation?
From 1 February 2011, the Sociale Verzekeringsbank (SVB) will begin using Juridoc 2.0, a knowledge bank which brings together legal knowledge and information and is available to SVB employees and external partners.
Juridoc 2.0 is a personalised knowledge environment which uses state-of-the-art processes to integrate knowledge and information into the working environment. Employees can find and use information quickly and in context, recorded experiences and ‘informal knowledge’. Furthermore, Juridoc 2.0 makes it possible to share knowledge with ease.
Edenspiekermann is designing a comprehensive, user-friendly user interface which dovetails with the vision of Juridoc 2.0 to grow to become the integrated source of knowledge for SVB.
The SVB is the oldest provider of social insurance in the Netherlands. At some stage in their life, everyone who lives in the Netherlands and is in receipt of family allowance or a state pension will come to use the services of the SVB.
Edenspiekermann is working on this project with Textinfo.
