Develop a new visual identity for an NGO that wants to fight poverty in third world countries in a sustainable way.

Result

New logo, payoff and visual identity that reflect Oikos’ specific approach and ambitions.

Oikos is a Dutch NGO that focusses on stimulating processes of change in the Netherlands. Oikos believes that everyone has the right to live free from poverty and should have the chance to develop and participate in society. By pointing out what can be done, Oikos encourages politicians and other individuals to act. They do this by campaigning, lobbying, organizing conferences and producing informative material, backed up by research into the causes of poverty.

Oikos joins hands for sustainable change. To do things differently, honestly and together. The new logo and pay-off that Edenspiekermann developed reflect these ambitions and show that it’s people that can (and should) make the difference. The new visual identity will be implemented on all means of communication during the second half of 2011.
