A perfect wine for every dish

Imagine you're in a supermarket with a basket full of ingredients for tonight's dinner with friends. There's steak you're planning to grill and serve with a pepper sauce, some fresh spinach and potatoes. But, which wine to serve with it?

That's where the new iphone app WineStein comes in. WineStein is a digital wine steward that provides the right wine for every dish. The advice is based on the matching of the taste-DNA of your dish and the wine-DNA of almost every available wine.

WineStein was developed by WineWineWine: 4 wine lovers in search for good, clear and honest information about wine. Together with the Radboud University Nijmegen they developed the advanced software for calculating the perfect meal-wine combination. The advice takes into account all details, like herbs and different ways of food preparation.

We helped them translate this information into an easy to use app. Simply select your ingredients and the way you want to prepare them. Then filter the extensive wine advice by setting a price range or use GPS to see availability in stores near you.
