Edenspiekermann holds workshop at Creative Company Conference 2010

Joost Mogendorff and Joost Holthuis of Edenspiekermann will organize a workshop at this year’s Creative Company Conference on 14 september 2010.

CCC is the place where creative entrepreneurs meet and learn from each other. Core themes this year are Design Thinking and Service Design.

The workshop will show how service design can help strengthen brand experiences. When a brand can create an added value in the everyday life of the customer it often leads to a long lasting relationship. Service design has powerful methods to find the sweet spots between brand values and customer needs. Results vary from simple brand utilities to new service concepts to approach the customer.
