AEOS: Security redefined

In the world of security management, change is the only constant. Organisations are always in motion, especially nowadays. Restructuring, changing location or internal move often imply complex, time and money consuming changes in the security management system.

Nedap Security Management knew there ought to be an easier way. So they developed an innovative security management platform, called AEOS. Technically brilliant but hard to explain without going into the nitty gritty details. We helped Nedap to think from their clients’ perspective and create stories that tap into their level of expertise and understanding.

An agile process for quick wins

We absorbed the world of security management and unriddled the story of AEOS. We restructured it to benefit the different information needs of every stakeholder, based on essential contact points. This resulted in an overview of personas and sales stages which we used as a starting point to develop online and offline communication means.

The overview enabled us to prioritise the communication means: which mean will have the greatest impact at any given moment? We believe in an agile process rather than developing a strategy with the complete overview working out everything at once. Working in small iterations, evaluating continuously until it's just right, is an efficient and effective way to put your time, energy and money where it counts.
