Sparkling Monday

Mail from Marianne to everyone on Monday: Please meet in the kitchen at 5, there will be something sparkling and something to celebrate.

Upcoming rumours during daytime: new jobs, new clients, new babies? A new colleague? Nope. Suspense rising. Everyone came, and Erik held a speech: Two of us have been working with him – i.e. in his offices, formerly known as United Designers, then SpiekermannPartners (on Friedrichstraße), then Edenspiekermann – for exactly five years now: Katja and Julia.

Creative Director Katja Grubitzsch is part of our management team here in Berlin. She supports clients and brands such as Ottobock and Bosch. German readers can get to know more about her career and her personal views in our “3 Fragen” interview: „Feine, kluge Dinge und spitze BHs“.

Design Director Julia Sysmäläinen is a specialist for pictograms and designed “Mister K”, a type family inspired by Franz Kafka’s handwriting. Follow Mister K on Twitter and learn more about Julia’s font, plus links both German and English at the end of the post: “Eine Familie für Herrn K”.
