This morning TCHO fans received news of the launch of SeriousMilk! Why SERIOUS Milk, you ask? It’s serious because the cacao content (or percentage cacao) is midway between dark and milk chocolate, filling a niche in the marketplace. Lots of people prefer light to dark chocolate; SeriousMilk bridges the two preferences.
