The Starlock Moment

When it comes to working in narrow spaces or solving tricky tasks, professional tradesmen need clever problem-solvers, like the oscillating multi-tools offered by Bosch that change from a saw to a sander.

As with most power tools, the magic is in the accessory. To ensure ease of use with one hand, quick accessory changing, and system compatibility with the competition, Bosch has updated the interface system for power tools and accessories. This interface has the shape of a star, so it’s called Starlock—sometimes it’s just that simple. Starlock is a joint development between FEIN and Bosch.

Our task was to present the new Bosch Starlock accessory range as versatile problem-solvers that make life easier for professional tradesmen. What happens when a professional gets to use this ultimate problem-solver? Is it a moment of surprise, enthusiasm, relief, or joy? Do they say “wow”? Is it a Starlock moment?

We created four such moments in still and moving pictures, so Bosch can spread the word and professionals can share their individual Starlock moments. This small campaign will be rolled out globally, starting April 2016.
