Your profile

• First and foremost: You are a creative visionary and digital mastermind. In other words, you’re a kick-ass designer!
• You have a minimum of 6 years experience in the digital creative world with 2 years experience in a design leadership position
• Agency experience is a plus, but not required
• You have worked in a dynamic and agile environment and are comfortable in a leadership role as well in working in the background 
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You inspire and motivate teams for complex tasks while helping them realize their potential
• You bring a hands-on mentality and a positive, business-oriented mindset
• Excellent presentation skills both internally and in front of a client
• You are confident with facilitating design sprints and workshops
• Attuned to emerging digital design trends, continuously exploring and integrating the latest design innovations
• Fluent and skilled in the latest design technologies and software tools
• Strong UX background

• Annual salary range from $120,000 to $140,000
