Your mission

  • Lead the identification, approach, and conversion of leads, both cold and inbound, to establish mutually beneficial business relationships
  • Combine strategic thinking, including lead nurturing, with hands-on action, including Cold Calls, to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with our teams and management to craft compelling proposals and pitch decks
  • Maintain and enhance our sales toolbox and related marketing materials
  • Actively network at industry events, representing Edenspiekermann as a key ambassador for the company

Your profile

  • Excel in presentation, communication, and negotiation skills to win over clients
  • Possess approximately 4-6 years of business development and lead generation experience, ideally within the realms of startups, consulting, venture, or design business
  • A proven track record in sales
  • A keen understanding of strategy and design, emphasizing the importance of an excellent user experience
  • The ability and enthusiasm for creating outstanding proposals and pitch decks rooted in customer insights and value
  • Proficiency in both German and English
